  The staff were friendly, I had a chance to chat with a staff member named Irman, exchange ideas, chat while drinking coffee, it felt like friends who had known each other for a long time and like at home.   FO Staff - Friendly and fast check in.Room - Dirty towel and bad smell.Pool - Not so many people and a bit dirty.Lobby - Too Hot and there is no aircon i think.Wi-Fi - Just ok not so fast need to improve.
