I formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Planet Holiday in Batam. My experience was highly disappointing due to several significant issues.Upon checking into my initial room on the 6th floor, I was immediately disturbed by a continuous, loud thudding noise. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They do their best for customers. The lunch such as satay was very well prepared in the sauce and chicken meat which not so salty and was delicious.
