Below average hotel
We booked a room to share for 3 people (gal pals) but were only allowed 3 of certain things - toothbrush and towel were free, but if we wanted a third pillow or slippers we had to pay. The hot water in the shower was just a tad above warm and had such low water pressure that I couldn't rinse my hair clean. After 5 minutes, the hot water would be completely empty (nothing coming out at all). Overall is good but internet connectivity needs to be better because i'm difficult to connect and sometimes can't connect. The room is nice, clean, smell good, the bed is comfortable. I visited this Hotel for a trip to Garut on 21-22 July 2020. The hotel was rather big, inside a complex with some restaurants or cafes next to the hotel. The service was good: fast check-in, fast room service (i was borrowing a set of spoon, fork and plate). The location of the hotel is very close to the city of Garut.
