Good servives and luxury, the reception is very kindly and helpful. Location is very strategic, the price is mid-range level. Breakfast is good taste and i'm enjoying the food. Nice tiny hotel inside the biggest department store in Balikpapan. It is not the only hotel in the area. Most of the time the hotel is full. 1st floor rooms, below the lobby, are not equipped with windows.A small meeting room lies next to the restaurant. The service was very great, and our stay was so relaxing. The service was so good, relax and enjoy the experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is close to Pentacity and Ewalk.
