Being located on Segara Ayu Street, Sanur Bali, directly on Segara Ayu beach, the resort is just 1.5 km from the town centre which features Hardys Shopping Centre and a tourist information centre. It is approximately a 30-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
Guests have a choice of 120 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Dining facilities include a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast every day, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch and dinner. Halal food and kosher food can be prepared on request. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
