    Excellent hotel , restaurant and pool. Our second stay and hoping to return for a third! Food and service are very good as are the massages. Staff go out of their way to help and are not only friendly but also efficient and always happy!All staff were first rate but a special mention for Eri , who’s warmth and kindness made our stay very enjoyable . Indira was a fantastic waitress who deserves a special mention also. Highly recommend this place.

    I stayed at the Puri Sebali Resort for 5 nights and I absolutely loved it. This was the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to. The rooms are so pretty, they are huge, clean unbelievable. The restaurant, the food, the service, the pool the organisation was incredible. I felt in love with everything especially the great energy and love provided by staff working at Puri Sebali. It felt like coming home being with family. Thanks so much for everything. I very much love to come back.

    Been here the first time. Service staff is very welcoming especially Gustu. He will greet us when we go out and come back. Never expect them to be so courteous.Definitely a good experience.

    Absolutely Amazing Hotel

    The Puri Sebali resort is an amazing hotel set in the countryside just outside Ubud, the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and the natural wildlife soundtrack that is constantly changing is something truly special. We loved every second we spent at this hotel, it's a beautiful resort and I don't think I will ever better the backdrop of the rice terraces and natural beauty that surrounds the resort, I could just sit and look at it for hours on end, it's so beautiful and serene. We had two rooms and they were both quite large and spotlessly clean, they were serviced in the morning then a turn down service was provided at night. The bathroom was well supplied with great toiletries which were replenished daily, also the mini bar is free and re stocked daily, the bed was huge and really comfortable. We used the laundry service which was excellent, it's a same day service and the clothes come back pressed, it's also incredibly reasonably priced.All the staff were amazing and the service was exemplary, everyone is so polite and professional, they made our stay extra special, they also went out of their way to make our daughters birthday special. The Spa was a highlight as there are so many options available and so well priced plus there are free yoga classes and rice terrace walks available.The breakfast was lovely and served at your table, not a buffet which was a nice touch plus the menu was extensive, there is something for everyone. We dined in the restaurant a couple of times for dinner and again the food and service was exceptional.This really is one of the best hotels I've stayed in for quite a while and we honestly didn't want to leave, it really was that good, we loved every second we spent there and wouldn't hesitate to return, I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants quality, serenity, incredible service and a life affirming experience, it's wonderful.
