This exclusive luxury hotel enjoys a stunning location directly beside the long sandy beach of the picturesque fishing village of Sanur. A broad range of shopping and entertainment venues are to be found here. This popular hotel is located between the international airport and the commercial centre of Bali and is an ideal base for visiting the island's sights. The transfer to the airport takes about half an hour.

Facility

The hotel has 425 rooms and 4 suites, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     Pros: Location is excellent. Right on the beach and there are plenty of beach chairs for everyone. Drinks and food can be served on the beach if requested. Great atmosphere with entertainment every evening. The whole place had a nice vibe, not noisy at all. All areas are very clean. Rooms are very quiet. Entertainment doesn't bother you if you are in room. Deluxe room was spacious. All staff are very polite. I found it value for money. Great pool with well marked indications regarding depth.Cons: 1. There was only one small drawer which only opened half way in the room. More space is needed for clothes. 2. The hairdryer in all the rooms are impossible to use; very slow and plug comes out of power point all the time. Cannot be used in bathroom and yet no mirror in bedroom where a power point is within reach. And you need to press the button continuously for it to work. 3. No variety for breakfast. Same meals nearly every day. 4. Coffee or tea are never piping hot as staff walk around with kettles to serve customers; by the time they serve you, it is warm, not hot. 5. There are plenty of waiters at breakfast and pool bar, however, they do not look at customers and it is very difficult to get their attention unless you walk up to them.In spite of these minor things to improve, I recommend this place and I will definitely stay there again.

    The Prama Resort is a ideal venue for me. Lovely friendly staff and great service. A fabulous breakfast and great atmosphere. Love the Lagoon pool.
