    Just got back from an amazing week at LV8 — such a perfect place to switch off and relax. The location is unreal with direct beach access, and the sunsets at the beach club every afternoon were honestly one of the highlights of the whole trip.It’s also in a great spot, very close to all the hustle and nightlife of Canggu and Seminyak if you want to get amongst the action like we did, but still peaceful enough to properly unwind during the day.We booked through the Jetstar Holidays package and couldn’t fault the experience. The standout for us was definitely Ari from concierge — absolute superstar. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Whether it was organising transport, recommending the best local spots, booking activities, or just checking in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, he genuinely went above and beyond every single day. Ari made the whole trip effortless and added so much to our experience. If you stay here, definitely ask for him — top bloke and a real asset to the hotel.All the staff were fantastic and always happy to help. Beer on tap was spot on, breakfast options were unreal, and the lunch/dinner food was really good too. Only small suggestion would be rotating the dinner menu every few days if you’re staying for a full week, just for a bit more variety.Rooms had everything we needed, the gym and sauna were great, and the massage we had was excellent as well.Would happily stay here again.     Looks old and need improve the cleanliness

    The lobby and the rooms looks old. The chair in the room was dirty, the minibar also dirty and furniture outdated. I booked suite room graden view, however they give me project view. Requested quite room and give me the room literally near project which is very noisy. Tried to call zero and spoke with Candra, no apologize and no alternative solution. He asked me to add more IDR 1,2 mio. So funy.     We had a wonderful stay at Lv8 Resort Hotel.The room was very clean and well-maintained, with an amazing view that made the experience even more special. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to couples looking for a comfortable and couple-friendly place to stay in Bali.
