Stayed in Grand Royal - Villa 2 for 4 nights over Christmas. Pros - staff lovely, food lovely, hotel grounds well maintained and quiet. Cons - villa 2 is in need of updates and was disappointing...

The staff appeared very polite and helpful until we had to complain. They then showed their true colours and were rude, abusive and threatening. A pair of trainers were left overnight on the decking...

The staff were very friendly, our room had a very authentic 'bali' feel. The grounds were well kept and very aesthetically pleasing. Not in the major hustle and bustle but still close to everything.

The grounds are so beautiful! Pool is super nice. Villas are kind of all but have their charm. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Location… in the middle of nowhere but quick can ride to anywhere...
