Okay , bathrooms need hooks and a towel bar.
The bathrooms need hooks to hang clothes and also towel bars. Very uncomfortable without them.Siddhant at White Charcoal was very polite and had a smile. Good room, Weak WiFi
I only stayed one night on this visit but have considered this hotel before. I had no experience of the breakfast offering this time so cannot comment on that.The room was smart and clean and the general impression was good.My only negative point is in respect of the WiFi, which was very very weak (less than 0.5 mbps), so no possibility of streaming, and difficult to access.If I stay here again (… I only stayed one night on this visit but have considered this hotel before. Mosquitos and unnecessary fuss
This could easily be a 4 or 5 star review if this hotel was capable of getting all the basics right. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable and the rooms have a modern feel to them.The first evening we checked in we ended up spending 45 minutes with staff trying to get the shower working correctly. We stayed for 3 nights, this was our second visit. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I’m giving 3 stars instead of 4 due to a major issue we encountered. For the last two nights, we couldn’t sleep because the room was filled with mosquitoes. At 2 AM my husband and I were up squashing them.
