Horrible stay this place has really fallen from grace. Stayed here after a gap of 10 years + or so and it’s in shambles. Leaking roofs on the 6th floor. Very dirty mattress and pillows see the pics and really worn out room. I was in a room on the 5th floor. Pathetic attitude from on staff member at check out.. when I asked for the hotel GMs name and number said they don’t have it! Then they said t… Horrible stay this place has really fallen from grace. We stayed in a Suite Room. The view from the room was really good, that was the highlight of our stay.However, the lighting in the room was very dim, which made it uncomfortable. The hotel property also feels quite old and needs renovation.Breakfast was not up to the expectation, most of the items were cold.Overall, it was an okay stay, not very good. One of the worst hotel I ever stayed . If anyone want to learn opposite word of hospitality, just meet the front desk manager. Totally rude and incompetent person. We are struggling to get refund for cancelled reservation. Cancellation was done 3 weeks in advance. We are not getting by any response back.
