Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Hygiene, Service & Guest Support
I booked Dragonfly Hotel and stayed for one day, but unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing.I had a medical emergency during my stay and requested the hotel to cancel my reservation, but they refused to cancel it or provide any refund. My husband booked a cave room for my birthday celebration and he paid enormous 28k for one night. The room, decoration, food and the service is not upto the mark to justify the amount we paid. Free return transfer was great. We arrived at the hotel after 4am, check in was easy but the next morning we were woken by a drill in the room next door. It was a very small but cosy hotel ideal for a business trip for about 1-2 days.The room and bathroom were very very small but clean.The restaurant was also quite small and the range of food at the breakfast buffet was limited.
