A great country retreat.
We visited Fosshotel Reykholt in September and were very pleased indeed.It was our third visit to the hotel and confirmed our view that it is a great place to stay. The location is full of Icelandic history, in addition to being very beautiful. The hotel staff were very pleasant, helpful and just great. Our room was lovely. Provided an excllent base to explore the Snaefelljokull peninsula (where Jules Verne started his Journet to the Cemntre of the Earth).
