The room was decent sized and clean.The staff on the other hand was rude. We have been to several hotels around the island and they were by far the worst. They did not seem to care at all.The hotel sidewalk to the room was so unsafe to walk on. The ground was coveted in ice and I almost fell three times and they didn't seem to care. Great hotel with cozy cottage-like rooms. Very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was good as well and the staff was excellent! The hotel is in about as perfect a location as you can get on Arnastapi, overlooking the cliffs and water, absolutely gorgeous!Great hotel with cozy cottage-like rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect stay.
I can´t complain over anything. It was a perfect stay. The rooms were clean and cozy, the food and the breakfast was really good, the staff was friendly and professional. The cottages (not the guest house.. they are all part of the same complex) are roomy and comfortable.. the doors are all glass and there is an enormous glass window to one side, facing a solid side in the next cottage over, adding to privacy. The bathroom was also roomy, and if I recall, had a bath and shampoo (all in one) dispenser on the wall. Truly not meant for families or mature couples. There was loud laughing until midnight we were here right behind our room. Tried to call the reception number but there was no response.
