Great hotel! Perfect distance from diamond lagoon because it allows for some separation from the crowds and a great head start back. Each room was so nice and private with an amazing view and so dark to see the lights. Their breakfast buffet was the best on the ring road and there resturant for dinner was delicious. Bed missing legs, sheets not clean, room weird smell, not worth the price

The sheet is not really cleaned. There are some hairs on the bed that is clearly not mine because they are not the same hair type nor the same hair color. The room also smells a bit weird. The room is not "ready" when we are there because one of the bed is missing a leg and we had to notify the desk about this issue. I don't think this should happen to a hotel that cost almost 480 USD for two nigh… The sheet is not really cleaned. Unbeatable location and a great little hotel!

An incredible stay! The location was perfect- unbeatable view from the room, super quiet location, convenient to get to- straight off of the ring road and well worth the drive from the airport. This hotel is also a good central location to go to some great spots like Glacier lagoon, Vík and a beautiful nearby canyon. Excellent. Clean, friendly staff and could see the Aurora when it was out from the comfort of our porch!

Excellent experience. We saw the northern lights from our room porch and could easily watch for them from the comfort of our room. Would advise reservations for the dining room. Rooms were great and staff was friendly. There was no coffee at breakfast because the coffee machine was broken, a bummer yes but not a deal breaker by any means!
