If I could leave 4 1/2 I would the only thing wrong was the shower was set to high and sprayed over the cubicle. The staff were great with housekeeping every day.It is ideally placed for every thing with a lidl on one corner and the Metro on the other end and as we are both over 65 the public transport is free but it is not expensive to buy a 72hr pass and this also gives you entry into various attractions. We had no12 and it came with kettle and cups but in the corridor there were cooking facilities with hob, microwave and plates etc.

It’s a nice and quiet place. Everything was absolutely clean. In my room was a small kitchen whith everything you needed. The position it’s great, nearby you can find a lot of places to go. All the emplyee that were working there, very nice and helpful.

Lovely, clean and central stay

Lovely stay for 4 nights over the Formula 1 weekend, in a spotlessly clean junior suite (room 102) with everything we needed. The room had two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and the other an amazing big shower. We had an under counter fridge, fresh towels and daily room servicing. The cleaning staff did a great job and we left them a tip as they made our stay really lovely. We had a communal balcony area to the side of the room, which honestly we didn’t use because there was a country wide heat wave…needless to say we stayed in the air conditioned room; which by the way was so lovely and quiet, worked really efficiently. The room featured plenty of plug sockets, good tv, hairdryer and complimentary shower gels etc We loved Budapest, and when we return we will probably re book this place. I’m sad to see lots of negative posts as we had a really delightful stay. Even before we checked in, I spoke to Luca on reception who was very prompt and efficient in answering my questions.

Budget hotel on a very quiet street.Check in was fine ( we were early) and whilst the rooms are nice enough for the price (£40 pppn) there were a couple of things wrong with it.Firstly the shower head was secured in a position that would fire the water right over your head missing you completely so I had to remove it and hand hold it therefore not having the greatest shower(although it was nice and hot).Secondly the rubber seal at the bottom of the shower screen had perished and when I got out of the shower the floor was absolutely soaked! I had to mop it up with the spare towels.I reported it but it was not fixed by the time I left. The safe in the room is not bolted down and impossible to open anyway! The bed was very comfy though so a good night's rest was had.All in all not a bad hotel for the price but room for improvement.

The staff was always kind and friendly. The room was a little small but it didn't bother us. The hotel is at an excellent position very close to the public transportation. The room was clean but the bathroom needed to be clean a little more than it was. Our stay was pleasant.
