  The Pullman made our stay special

  We went here as part of the Porsche experience. The staff was amazing, a shout-out to Géza, who handled our luggage with care and professionalism. Beautiful modern rooms that are spacious and very clean. Good breakfast in a nice restaurant, Tutto, adjacent to the hotel lobby.

  We decided to book our last night at this hotel to say goodbye to Budapest and enjoy the room with a jacuzzi (which turned out to be an excellent decision). The front desk staff was very friendly (I’d especially like to mention Geza) and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was also very good and offered plenty of variety.Overall, I 100% recommend this place.

  Honestly one of the best Pullman Hotels I’ve ever been in the world. I visited with my fiancée Budapest for the Metallica concert. Our last night we chose to stay at the Budapest Pullman and I’ve never been happier for this. We had an Elite room with the Jacuzzi at the patio. From the cleaningness to the welcoming and attentiveness of the reception team , everything was perfect! Kudos to Geza and everyone 😇 100% recommend, 100% will visit again.

  Great Location and Breakfast, but Service Needs Improvement

  The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from the train station and bus stop. All eateries and many attractions are easily accessible on foot. The breakfast is genuinely good with nice variety and quality. As an Accor Platinum member, they recognized my status and gave me a room upgrade without me even asking. However, the service was not up to the mark. When I checked in, the sink in my room was already clogged. Housekeeping once left my main door open after cleaning, which was a security concern. Another day, they cleaned the room but left the used glasses untouched for two consecutive days despite me requesting them to be removed. Overall, the good location, good breakfast and loyalty recognition make it a worthwhile stay but the repeated service and housekeeping lapses stop it from being a true 5-star experience.

The hotel combines modern comfort with a welcoming atmosphere and delivers a very high standard of hospitality.The front office team was truly exceptional during our visit.The reception staff was consistently courteous, professional, and approachable.We were impressed by how quickly and efficiently the check-in process was handled.Every question we had was answered with patience and genuine friendliness.The front desk team always made an extra effort to ensure we felt comfortable.Their professionalism and positive attitude stood out from the beginning.Special appreciation goes to the front office staff for making us feel genuinely welcome.Their excellent service significantly enhanced our overall experience.The level of cleanliness at the hotel was outstanding.Our room was perfectly clean, fresh, and very comfortable.Housekeeping maintained excellent standards throughout our stay.The bathroom was immaculate and always looked perfectly maintained.The linens and towels were fresh, soft, and spotless every day.The public spaces were consistently clean, tidy, and pleasant to spend time in.We especially noticed the care and attention given to maintaining cleanliness throughout the property.Overall, this hotel provided a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest and looking for outstanding service and excellent cleanliness.
