This hotel is truly a gem! Honestly, I could not have had a greater experience! The desk clerk ( really concierge), Levy, was extremely helpful and informative about everything I needed to know. The other young man whose name is don’t remember was also wonderful- filled my hot water bottle when I wasn’t feeling well and was very supportive.In terms of the rooms; they are very typically European. The room was spacious, but the walls were made of cardboard. There was a lot of noise; you could literally hear everything, even the neighbor setting on the toilet. Around 5:15 AM, the first alarm went off for guests leaving for the airport. The bathroom smelled like a dead rat (sewage). I ran water down all the drains and then plugged them. I'm not sure I understand some of the negatives comments about this hotel. My friend and I stayed from the early hours of Friday 5th, leaving Monday 8th September. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and there was PLENTY of food at breakfast! The variety of food was amazing and it was constantly being topped up.
