Serious safety failure - wrong room key issued to drunk stranger
We recently stayed at this hotel and experienced what I consider a serious safety incident. At 5.30am, we were woken by a drunk guest entering our room. The hotel reception had issued him a key card programmed to our room.This is not a minor administrative mis…

Beautiful stay in Budapest
The hotel is very well located just in front of a big metro station and you arrive to the city center in less than 20 min. Rooms are very big and staff is quite helpful.

Amazing stay
My partner and I had an amazing experience! We stayed in a deluxe room, which was very spacious and had a balcony. The hotel gave us complimentary water daily! Breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay!
