The hotel is located close to the Kowloon Cricket Club and the India Club, on a corner at the junction between Nanking street and Chi Wo street, next to the Jordan MTR Station Exit B2. It is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel to Jordan MTR station. Temple St. Night Market and Jade Market can both be easily reached on foot, while Sportswear Street and Langham Place are both just a short trip away on public transport.

The hotel has 7 junior suites, 2 single rooms and 91 double rooms, which are located on 13 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     My legs got bitten by mites and bugs in the middle of the night @ 4am and it's so itchy! Avoid this hotel full of bed bugs, I have to go on anti biotic and antihistamine medication for a few months...
