The hotel lies on the junction where Canton Road meets Haipong Road in Kowloon, and is a short walk from the bus terminal, Star Ferry, and MTR subway station. The Cross Harbour Tunnel, Western Tunnel, and Kowloon-Canton Railway Station are within a ten-minute drive from the hotel. Hong Kong Park is just 5 minutes away by foot, while the Hong Kong Museum, the Hong Kong Cultural Centre and the Space Museum are within a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 433 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.
