Haunted hotel vibes. No way this is 5 stars

    28 Nov 2025

I really don't get how it can be considered 5 stars. It's huge and a little eerie - our room was all the way to the back of the hotel, down a ramp, past deserted corridors. The room had no air conditioning because it's close to winter so it has been switched to heating. The front desk told to just open the window if it's stuffy which we did. We found out later that some other people in the group h…

    Disappointing “5 star” Experience

    07 Nov 2025

This hotel claims to be a 5 star hotel - it’s not. We enjoyed the historical aspect of the hotel and public areas were very nice and contemporary but the rooms were a different story. To begin, our room was incredibly warm with no way to cool the room off because (according to the front desk) the hotel is either heated or cooled, never both. We were advised to open our window until it cooled off. W…

    A bad venue for conferences

    24 Jun 2025

There are barely any spots to sit down at a table and charge a laptop. There would be plenty of space on the dining hall, but they kick everyone out minutes after a meal is served. The air conditioning is so loud, that people have to yell when talking to each other. The layout of everything is bad: While there is a huge room available, everything is crammed into corners. ???sta?t??a ?aµad?, Own…

    Wannabe 5-star hotel

    24 May 2025

This is the worst 5-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s loud, not nice to look at, and the service is almost non-existent. Breakfast was terrible — cheap food and no espresso. There’s no proper place to sit outside unless you want to be right next to a busy street. And if you open the bathroom window, you’ll see the hotel hallway, with people walking past all the time. Hard to believe this place…
