We stayed at Imperial Palace for a couple of days and had a pleasant experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was always friendly and helpful and breakfast was fresh and with many choices. The location was excellent for walking around the city center, Aristotelous and Ladadika. Stayed here for a night during a short trip in Thessaloniki and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, everyone was friendly, and breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Very Convenient for a Business Trip

I stayed at Imperial Palace for 1 night during a business trip and everything worked perfectly for me. Check in was quick, the room was quit and comfortable, and the staff was very professional. Breakfast was plenty of options and was ideal before a busy day. The hotel is centrally located, so getting around Thessaloniki was easy. We spent one night here during our stay in Thessaloniki and would happily return. The hotel is comfortable clean and very well located. Breakfast was fresh and had a good selection and the people at the reception were always helpful and friendly. Most of the main areas of the city are easy to reach on foot. Location is ok near the centre. Receptionist polite. However, hotel is old and tired, our room very small just room to go around the bed. Wall chipped, the bathroom dated , small TV , the breakfast very basic and not the best products. Also buffet was almost empty when we got to the dinning room.
