I’m a world traveler and stay in many hotels but this hotel really impressed me. The rooms are super clean and very nice. The service was second to none. Every employee looked like they loved working there and it showed. It’s a family run hotel who treat employees like family and it shows. They really take pried on their work. This is the worst hotel we've ever been to.Beds are uncomfortable and small, we could not sleep all night because of constant noises,for a 4 star hotel isolation is terrible, towels were not clean, and we had no hot water,the AC did not work.THE HOTEL LOOKS NOTHING LIKE IN THE PICTURES. Despite being far from the centre, it is a lovely hotel with a view of the city from above (on days when the city is not covered in fog, of course). A hotel that has a wonderful view but is a little out of the way. 15 minutes to airport and 15 minutes to nearest beach. Does not have a swimming pool on the premises. The room was perfectly fine, on the balcony you could hear the air conditioning from your room and other people's rooms. Really great experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean with great amenities. Finally, the food was really tasty and fresh.
