I am currently staying at this hotel, and this is the second summer I have chosen to stay here. Unfortunately, this year the experience has been very disappointing.Unlike last summer, guests are no longer allowed to use the ”VIP” beach beds unless they spend at least €30 on food or drinks. We arrived at the hotel as a family of 13 adults and 6 children for 4 nights. We booked 8 rooms. 2 rooms had a bad smell of sewage, when we complained about the smell they poured some substance into the drain pipes in the bathroom. It didn't help. We asked to move rooms and there was no response. On the reservation, the hotel was described as new.
