  The hotel features high ceilings and beautifully designed, elegant interiors that create a luxurious atmosphere.   Wanted to experience a new hotel Colors. Booked refundable reservation. Attempted to cancel July 22 and book alternate room in same hotel as needs changed My stay would have begun July 25. Dimitri would not refund although cancellation within 3 days. We now have paid for 2 rooms and will only utilise one room. Great deal for Colors but not for their guests.
