How does a 2 star hotel get 4 stars??
We went as a family in June 2024 and stayed for 4 days. It's not a 4 star hotel at all. It's a tiny boutique hotel that is 2 star in the best case. Everything is old and falling apart. The rooms don't even have a kettle, the beach doesn't have any toilets, 1 single pipe of a shower, full of bees. The hotel and the area is full of bees that don't let you eat your food. Not a 4* hotel!!!!! 3 starts with a push!
On the outside the hotel looked adequate. Rooms basic but comfortable. Family of 4 in a family suite with 2 small bottles of shampoo wasnt adequate. I had to visit reception every day to beg for extras. Tried calling them from the room but nobody picked up. Apparently the phones haven’t worked for years. The rooms were not cleaned properly. We had a small stay , only 2 nights but we wish we could stay longer. The stuff was friendly and very nice, food ( we had breakfast) was full of everything with buffet , very nice beach and Exellent service . We will visit you soon again .
