We had three days in this hotel and it surpassed my expectations. We dont usually stay in resort style places but as friends were staying we decided to join them and we were not disappointed. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well laid out and appear to have been recently updated. Beds are a little narrow but with good mattresses. Lovely chilled family hotel.
Lovely stay at Dolphin Bay. We had a family room. Very comfortable , clean and lovely garden view.Pool area nice although very busy.Beach just outside the hotel is beautiful with clear water. A lovely shallow bay to have a swim in. All staff very helpful and friendly. Nice touch for the kids with free popcorn and ice-cream round the pool bar during the day. Due to an unfortunate change of plans we were left without lodging and had to scramble and find a place to stay 2 nights. Because of the ability to accommodate us and the kindness of the front desk staff, they get 2 stars. Otherwise this is a 1 star situation. This hotel might’ve been 4 stars when it first opened in 1994 but it hasn’t been looked after. This donkey has been worked to death.
