The hotel is situated just a 90-minute drive from Brisbane international and domestic airports, 40 minutes from Sunshine Coast Airport and only minutes from the Sunshine Coast beaches.

The resort has a lift and features 108 rooms. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom.
