Excellent Hotel, Disappointing Service at the Pool

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Punta. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, the food is very good, and most of the staff were professional and welcoming.Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by the attitude of the pool waiter, a bald Greek staff member who also seemed to perform other duties around the pool area.Throughout our stay, every request was met with negativ… We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Punta. Wow hotel punta was amazing we have had an amazing week. Although hotel punta is not in town we found the location relaxing and perfect. The views were stunning and the hotel provides a free mini bus to town and back. We did get a taxi once and it was very cheap. Also only 12mins from the airport. This is our last day of 10 spent in this wonderful hotel.The hotel is spotless, cleaners do an amazing job. In fact ALL the staff are wonderful. From the 2 on reception, Heleni and Vivienne, who go the extra mile to help you. The barmen are a treat to be with. Zafira is one of the best I’ve come across in all my years of travelling. This was a last minute holiday, and the Punta made a good base (we like to hire a small car and get out to the beaches around the island).
