Gem of a place
Kerkus bay is in an ideal place and the whole village is bouyant from day to night. Lots of places to have coffee and read a book of relax on the beach. A special mention to all the staff who are lovely and ladies on reception are very helpful as well as knowledgeable in eherever you want to visit on the island abd kindly organised taxi service. Location: Excellent. We would definitely come back to Ormos, Samos because of the great location.Atmosphere Hotel: Poor. The breakfast was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.Room: OK. Great no frills B&B in a great location.
This was a budget holiday so I’m being very honest in my review. The location right on the harbour was brilliant and having lunch overlooking the harbour was great too. The food was passable, breakfast was okish but rather bland. The family room was rather cramped and really only suitable for a couple. The bathroom in true Greek fashion was basic but serviceable. Kerkis Bay Hotel was the perfect place to stay in Samos. Loved the scenic fishing village of Ormos Maratthokambou.
