We came here for a week as part of a Jet2 package. We upgraded to a Seaview room. The Hotel has a lovely position overlooking the town and bay. As others have mentioned it is up quite a steep hill, its an easy walk downhill into Samos Town about 25 minutes, and you can catch a taxi back for 5 Euros.Our room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. It has been a very disappointing experience so far. We flew all the way from the US and on our first night in the hot August month in Samos, we were given a room with a non functioning Air conditioning and fridge. We spoke to the manager who offered a 2nd room , that had the same problem .After complaining to the manager a 3rd time , we were finally given a 3rd room , away from the rest of the fam… It has been a very disappointing experience so far. If you come to Samos, this might be the best place to choose. It is clean and refined, and offers parking and a view—it has it all. It is a 20-minute drive to all the beaches and restaurants. My sister and I have just returned from 10 days here. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel, and the staff, whom worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect. The location, being in the hills, was so peaceful, on many occasions we had the pool to ourselves, and it felt more like a wellness retreat. Breakfast was included and the choice was vast.
