  My Worst Holiday – Evi Resort

  Evi Resort was a complete disappointment. • Room: we received a basement room that was not properly cleaned and even had cockroaches. The entire hotel is old and desperately needs renovation. • All inclusive: the food selection is extremely poor – for lunch, for example, only two types of pasta, some liver, and steamed vegetables. Snacks and desserts are minimal, often just one cake left on the bar all day in the sun. Drinks are served in tiny glasses (about 150 ml), so we had to buy drinks outside. Alcohol is the cheapest quality and almost undrinkable. • Service: only one person works at the bar, so you wait up to 15 minutes just for one small drink. • Pool: dirty, moldy, and surrounded by neglected, broken areas. • Car rental: booking a car through the reception was a mistake – they brought us such an old vehicle that I was afraid to drive it. A much better car rental is right next to the hotel. • Management: when we asked for an invoice, the hotel owner himself showed up, yelling at us, acting arrogantly, and even tried to physically attack my colleague. He refused to give us an invoice, saying this is “normal” for them. • Organization: upon arrival, some guests were told to spend one night in another hotel and then return. Others had to sit in the lobby until 2 pm waiting for their rooms.I have traveled more than 110 times, and this was by far my worst holiday experience. The hotel is dirty, the food is poor, the service is terrible, and the management is extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Never again!!!

  Very, very bad, unfriendly staff, especially the lady who works in the kitchen. She shouted at my mom so rudely for no reason. No entertainment, everything dirty and old, room cleaned only once a week! Simply terrible, never again!

  I stayed at this hotel in June and had a truly great experience. The rooms were clean, modern, and offered a very good standard. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. The price was also very fair for what was offered. What stood out the most was the service—absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel at home from the start. I felt a real connection to this place during my stay. It wasn’t just a hotel—it felt warm and personal. I grew really fond of it and was actually sad to leave. I would definitely recommend it and hope to come back soon

  Hotel Evi is budget hotel but I was suprised! I stayes solo there in June 2025. Rooms are good, sleeping matraces also good, dinners perfect ( It exceeded my expectations), all inclusive plan good, swimming pool perfect if you are condiction swimmer, you can swimm in the morning (no people in the pool, water nicely clean) and keep in good condiction all the stay :-) Location is good, hotel staff good, cleanness good. It is good deal for the money. Hotel is visiting by Czech, Slovak, Polish, French, German and Italien guests. Close to bus station (3 mnts to Church station and EVI bus station next the hotel), public beach, Kathara and Mandomata beaches about 10 mts by nice walk. Shops, bars and restaurants are very close or front of the hotel. Very good choice for whom looking for a quality for the price. I will use this hotel in future again.

  The manager worked hard to improve the quality of the hotel. Cheap hotel. The air conditioner didn't work. The lady at the reception did not help. Very simple dishes. Internet did not work.The male staff was friendly, the older lady in the restaurant was unfriendly.
