Situated on the edge of Vallinos Square in Argostoli, the capital city of Kefalonia, we found this hotel to be hospitable but also a bit pretentious. You enter into a grand hallway/reception area with a large winding staircase and nice oriental looking decor. Once upstairs this atmosphere changes into a disappointing and less inspiring bland and industrial looking functional space. Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is excellent, very clean, and in a great location. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, and the staff provided amazing service. The Mirabel is a nice little city centre hotel and worth a try if staying in the area. Perfectly located hotel, in walking distance of shops, restaurants, turtle viewing, Da Bosset Bridge. Really enjoyed our stay here, room had plenty of space and a lovely view. The staff were very friendly and our room was ready early which was fantastic after a 3am start to our travelling day.!
