    We agree with all the five star reviews for this Hotel. The staff go over and above anything that you want to help you and make your stay as memorable as possible. A particular thank you to Angela who served breakfast every morning with a smile, also Maria and other staff unfortunately we can’t remember their names but every single one made the holiday enjoyable. We would definitely recommend a stay here as it’s so peaceful and the beds are so comfortable. In fact, we’ve never slept so well in a hotel bed and all the time we have travelled. The breakfast is unbelievable as you get a taste of everything they have to offer on your first morning. This includes lovely yoghurt with honey and , a delicious fruit platter lots of lovely cakes. Also some nice bread and on top of all of this, you can have any eggs cooked whichever way you like. It really does set you up for the day and we found we didn’t really need much lunch. We were definitely and would recommend it we were so lucky as well as we got upgraded to a penthouse suite. Even if we hadn’t though the staff and Hotel amazing so a big thank you to everybody.

    Wonderful Hotel

    We have just returned from a week at this lovely hotel. We agree with all the other reviews about the staff making this such a special place. We were served breakfast every morning by Angela who is such a warm and kind young lady and she was so accommodating. However, all the staff were delightful, friendly and very helpful but we won’t list all the names in case we miss out anyone!Breakfast was huge and everything was cooked to perfection, we were so full that most of the days we didn’t eat lunch. The location of the hotel was very central to everything and we had a really nice view from the balcony. The room was very comfortable and immaculately cleaned each day.We will probably return to Kefalonia in a few years and will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much to everyone working at the Canale for making our holiday so special.

    Amazing hotel

    From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were made to feel welcome and thoroughly taken care of. The staff are all so professional and warm and make you feel at home. We were upgraded to a superior suite and the room was absolutely immaculately clean and the views over the water to the hills were incredible to wake up to each day. My husband and I both tend to struggle to sleep when away from home but we both slept like babies!Breakfast was a real highlight and we were always excited for it each day! The service again was fantastic but the quality of the food was so good! I was obsessed with the pancakes and ate them most days! The location of the hotel is perfect and you can be in the main square in 5 minutes, close to some fantastic restaurants. We felt totally spoilt during our stay and our holiday left us feeling relaxed and refreshed. We didn't want to leave, which again, is unusual for us both as we can find being away from home difficult. We have already booked for next year and are already excited to return.Thank you to all of the wonderful staff who gave us the best holiday we have ever had- can't wait to do it all again!

    Exceptional Boutique Hotel

    The moment you arrive at the Canale you are treated like friends. There was a welcome cocktail on check in and a comprehensive explanation of the facilities and helpful advise for your stay. We were given a room upgrade to a suite which was equipped with an outdoor hottub. The rooms are very modern with high quality amenities. As with the previous reviews it's not the hotel that's the only star it's the staff that make this hotel exceptional. We received the highest levels of service from the staff from their amazing breakfasts to the evening cocktails (thanks to Adonis), recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, wines and bars from Petros and Martine, exceptional service from Maria, Gerry and the rest of staff for making our stay special.

    This is a nice boutique hotel in a nice island, great location, room is superb and the people working there are just out of this world. We were greeted by the nicest person, I forgot her name, but she is from Albania, the nicest person we found in our trip.Hotel is in a great location, across from the promenade, great restaurants and close to the ferry. The room was immaculate, great bed, and terrace.When back in Kefalonia, will go there
