First class service from lovely family owners backed up by the lovely Lena for whom nothing was any trouble. We spent the days around our wedding staying in the hotel and Anastasia and her team could not have been friendlier or more attentive. The rooms are modern, well appointed and way above average for Lixouri, easy parking, great sea views , 30 second walk to the sea. Breakfast whilst basic was different every day, hand made and served with a smile and incredibly tasty. The hotel is basically OK.There's no swimming pool but we didn't expect one. The staff are friendly and polite.However, we had to request clean sheets, which weren't provided over the 7 days !We had several other minor gripes which were sorted eventually but it left us feeling thatif you complain then you are seen as the problem.The hotel is basically OK.There's no swimming pool but we didn't expect one. We stayed at Aura Boutique Hotel from Aug 22 to 31, 2023. We are a family of 3 adults and we were given a very roomy suite on the ground floor.
