Location

This hotel lies by Platanias beach with a spectacular view of the emerald green-blue water on the island's north coast. Rethymnon can be reached within 4 km and the nearest entertainment facilities are around 200 m away. Links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot, situated just 100 m from the hotel. Heraklion Airport can be reached within 80 km and Chania around 65 km, each taking around 2 hours with public transport.

Facility

300 rooms, including 127 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service and a laundry service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. There is a poolside snack bar as well. A variety of activities such as cycling/mountain biking, bocce, beach volleyball and golf or, for a fee, tennis, are offered at the hotel. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy water aerobics and aquafit. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa and a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety.
