This apartment complex is located in the small fishing village of Sissi in the eastern part of the Greek island of Crete. The beach is only 300 m away. The town is just as easily reached and offers visitors a variety of shopping and entertainment facilities. A varied nightlife is to be enjoyed in the nearby town of Mália, which is just a short drive from the complex. Heraklion Airport is 40 km from the complex.

Guests have a choice of 9 apartments and 7 studios. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service and a hairdresser. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. A photocopier is available for guests' business needs.

Some rooms offer a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a stovetop and an oven. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio, a DVD player and WiFi (for a fee), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The complex has family rooms and 16 non-smoking rooms.

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball and volleyball are available. Both short- and long-stay guests are welcome to use the amenities available in the complex, including a gym and billiards. A spa, massage treatments and solarium are available in the wellness area.

    Manos and his family are lovely, helpful and very friendly. Marigiana Apartments are modern , well located apartments in Sissi. The apartments are a little basic inside, but you can expect this in Greece. The only real complaint I had was that the beds were very hard, so much so the bed gave me a terrible bad back.

    Had a 10 night stay here as a family of 4. Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Manos the owner is a lovely friendly man and he and all the others make you feel welcome. Out room was just right for a family of 4 and the pool facilities were excellent. It is nice and close to a few good bars and restaurants and only a short walk into the main parts of Sissi. Well stocked bar and some good food available including breakfast,

    All I can say about our holiday here was brilliant. Went as a family of 4 and everything about our stay here we wouldn't change. Hotel location wise fantastic little walk down to the harbour with all the shops and restaurants you need. Manos Billy and all the staff so friendly can't do enough for you the pool and bar are spot on never struggle for a sun bed will definitely return one day and never done that before

    We absolutely loved the MariGianna Apartments. The room was clean and tidy and the maid did an ace job of cleaning it every day. We had a nice balcony looking out over the sea!We were greeted by Manos for check in and he was lovely. His son Vasilis was oir daily point of contact and he was an absolut legend throughout! Super nice guy and he makes some world class cocktails (if you're super nice to him you might just discover the non-tourist list! 🧐).The outside of the hotel, pool area etc are beautiful. The mountain views, pool, bar, and whole surround grounds are just stunning.Location wise it's perfect. Off the main road so no noise, but within a couple of minutes to the first bar, and sub 10 minute walk to the main harbour of Sissi and all the restaurants.Wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend.

    Would definately recommend Marigianna. A lovely small family run hotel in an excellent location within the beautiful Sissi. The staff that work there are so kind and friendly and genuinely wanted us to have the very best stay. The rooms are basic but clean. Small shower and small balcony. Don’t expect what you would from a 4* resort in Spain as it is different - but we knew this and were more than happy so no complaints. We had everything we needed. Had to pay for aircon and glad we did as this was a necessity. The pool and bar area is lovely. Plenty of different seating areas and never too busy. Felt comfortable sitting down there at any time of day or night. You take the sunbeds yourself and choose where you want them, so no such thing as sunbed wars and plenty of space to put wherever you want. Nice pool at the perfect temperature, not freezing cold so easy to get in but lovely and refreshing! Bring your own towels for loungers. Location wise it is a couple mins walk from bars, shops and restaurants. And 5 mins walk to the Harbour area - you need to visit for a swim! Sissi is beautiful and has the most stunning sunset, would recommend going to Anixi to watch this! Incredible food, service and views! Bring cash rather than card, although you can pay by card everywhere the cash is much appreciated by the businesses. Breakfast and food throughout the day available until around 6pm. Huge cocktail menu and loved the ones we tried! Overall would 100% recommend this hotel. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, we loved every minute of being here and were so sad to leave!
