The hotel is about 600 metres from Hersonissos on the north coast of the island of Crete. It is just 100 m away from Star Water Park. Bars, nightlife, links to public transport and shopping opportunities can be found in the immediate vicinity. It is 25 km east of Heraklion International Airport, while the resort of Agios Nikolas is some 40 km away.
Guests are warmly welcomed at the reception desk in the lobby. 545 non-smoking rooms are available. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a beauty salon and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme (for a fee).
Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Special extras for all-inclusive holidaymakers include, for example, alcoholic beverages, gluten-free meals and vegan food. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. The complex also offers snacks. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

The food was terrible. Noisy, but it is understandable, you do share it with children. Nice little natural "pool", good massage, a lot of sunbeds available. For children probably good, but food and personnel in the kitchen... you are there just to annoy them.…
