The hotel is located on Crete's northern coastline on the beach road, overlooking the sandy beach and the city of Rethymno. The hotel is 80 km from the city of Heraklion.
The resort was modernised in 2022. The complex has 200 rooms, including 2 single rooms and 196 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. Third-party operators offer a spa, hammam, beauty salon and massage treatments. An entertainment programme and live music are also options for entertainment.
Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room and a café. Guests can indulge their palates at the restaurant (à la carte, air conditioning and high chairs). Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet, à la carte and a set menu.
