One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The only good thing about Tosca Beach Hotel is the beach. Everything else was a major disappointment and, in our experience, nowhere near a four-star standard. The worst part was the treatment of guests, particularly by the Hotel Manager. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a few things worth mentioning. The hotel is not ideal for families with small children because there are many stairs throughout the complex, which can be difficult with strollers or toddlers.The beach is excellent, with crystal-clear and clean water. Terrible experience.I paid for a Double Premium Front Sea View room.What I actually got was a wall on the left, the back of another building in front of me, and a large tree blocking most of the sea view. You can barely see the sea through the branches. On top of that, there was also a view of garbage.As soon as I entered the room, there was an unbearable smell of sewage.
