Location

This club resort and spa hotel is ideally situated in the centre of the lively town of Kamena Vourla, which is well-known for its hot springs and their therapeutically qualities. The location combines the freshness of the mountains and the breeze of the sea. Within reach of the city of Athens (150 km to the north), the hotel nestles in a valley of eucalyptus trees and is an ideal starting point for extensive walking and hiking tours, trips to the nearby ski centre of Parnassos Mountain or for excursions to the Meteora monasteries, Delphi, Thermopiles and many other points of interest. Guests will find a number of shops and boutiques in the hotel's vicinity.

Facility

10 junior suites, 4 suites and 210 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by a lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 4 conference rooms.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The saltwater pools (in part heated) of the pool complex make for pleasant swimming (for a fee). When the sun is shining, a dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is highly recommended. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the 2 indoor pools. There is a children's swimming area as well. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The resort's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Table tennis and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym, are among the sport and leisure options available. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather.     Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and extensive food options

    Absolutely lovely hotel. We went at end of October, just before the end of the season. Hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious, top quality. We had two double rooms facing the pool and sea, with a balcony. Very clean and tidy and with everything you could need (safe, toiletries, hair dryer, towels etc). The outdoor pool is very well kept and large, hardly anyone in it at all. There is a smaller thermal pool outdoors and one indoors too, with a spa. Had a wonderful blow dry and style for only €30 as well. Food was amazing, lots of options even for me as a vegetarian. Only comment is to read the signs carefully, everything is listed in English. Amazing price for all inclusive, drinks menu very extensive, including cocktails, not just beer and wine. The staff were absolutely brilliant, a massive shout out to Giorgos the waiter, he made our evenings so special and was super helpful and welcoming. The town is very close nearby, makes for a great walk along the coast. Didn't use the beach but it is more pebbley than sandy. Food options and offering were so more extensive than we expected. All meals had options of bread, salads, fruits/veg, cheese and meats, pizza, italian pasta, meat dishes, chips, fish, chicken, vegetable dishes, rice, soups, crepes, ice creams, and a large range of desserts, as well as greek specialities. All food was really high quality as well, and could go up as many times as you wanted. Waiters were always very attentive, always filling up waters and clearing plates.

    We had a great time in the hotel. Furthermore, Nikos SV from the food hall was very attentive and polite always with a smile and offered us really great service.He always made sure we have everything need.Definitely will come again

    Friendly and very helpful staff. Room was large and clean with a fantastic view. Lots of choice of food. Outdoor pools were clean and lots of outdoor seating. Spa was nice but you have to book it. The fish restaurant was superb on our last night and Kristos and the chef were fantastic. We went out of season so town was quiet.

    This is a lovely hotel, a very good 4* but didn’t have the 5* luxury feel. However saying that the staff were excellent especially Giorgios and Gogo the bar waiting staff and Captain from the senior team. All were exceptionally friendly and polite. The pool is lovely , sadly not heated but the sunbeds were good wooden sturdy ones with substantial pads. Beds and pillows in the rooms were very comfortable and you did get a towel service between 6-9 pm which was great. Included beach towels too. All in all a very lovely hotel just could do with a decoration update.
