    Currently staying at this beautiful hotel with my husband, 2 children (13 and 4) and my parents. The hospitality here is second to none, all staff are helpful and friendly. Large comfortable beds - we are in a family room. The pool is the perfect temperature, not too cold. Plenty of sunbeds available and table service around the pool.We appreciated being able to use an iron and ironing board, use hotel towels and use the safe with no charge. The rooftop bar has stunning views over the gulf and the holy church of saints Constantine and Helen. We're all having a fantastic time here. The only thing I wish I had done is book a sea view but we will definitely return so I will book this next time.     Pleasant atmosphere.Clean spaces.Polite, helpful staff.Nice breakfast.Very nice view from sea facing rooms.Very nice SPA as well.Pool, sauna, steam bath and gym the whole works.Had the deep tissue massage.     I stayed here over a week, visiting relatives and family and have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and the staff. I had a room overlooking the ocean which was so beautiful. The breakfast was delicious in the mornings and the staff very friendly and helpful..     We were guests during the flood in Volos and stayed isolated in the Hotel for 4 days. The staff was outstanding going well beyond their regular duties to make every guest comfortable.
