Do not waste your money on this hotel. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Most people use this place as a stop over with it being close to the airport but don't bother to even do that as they are completely incompitent and check in and check is painful.Do not waste your money on this hotel. We stopped in this hotel for a week, room was always clean and tidy, breakfast was first class, all of the staff were helpful and polite. George was first class and looked after us all the time we were there. Pool was lovely and sun beds comfortable.The town is lovely with lots of very good food and drink. Currently staying here.Hotel is lovely in the surface but has a few issues.The main concern is currently the pools closed, and you hearing it off other guests, not off the hotel team themselves.The pool area is very small and intimate. There is 14 loungers and the pool is about 10metres (at a push long). Very over crowded with children at times also. Great location! Beautiful hotel! I wish my living room was like their lounge.Stayed in the junior suite which had a small patio outside that overlooked a part of the garden. Great location near the centre of Preveza and close to some great restaurants and an easy walk to the harbour. We booked a Superior Triple Room, including breakfast. The room was comfortable and a good size. Service was friendly and helpful. We pre-booked a taxi through the hotel for the transfer from the airport.
