This luxurious, pleasant and comfortable hotel in its wonderful location at the beach of Palaia Fokea (built on the sea) offers a unique combination of hospitality and facilities of a city hotel, at the location of a resort. The hotel is located on Anavyssos Beach, near the towns of Anavyssos and Palea Fokea, in the coastal zone of Attica. It is conveniently located 20 minutes’ drive from the International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos, 45 minutes’ drive from the centre of Athens and 15 minutes’ drive from the ancient temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounio.

Complaint Letter To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express how unbelievably disappointed and angry I am with our recent stay at your resort. We paid over $10,000 for what was supposed to be a once in a lifetime family honeymoon, and instead we were met with confusion, disrespect, and completely unprofessional behavior.Your staff kept repeating, “If you don’t have a wristband, you are not allowed to enter!” If that’s your policy, then it should be made crystal clear to us Americans before we spend that kind of money. We booked and paid for the room for our entire family, yet my brother-in-law was treated like he didn’t belong and was refused entry. It was disrespectful, embarrassing, and absolutely unacceptable.On top of that, the security staff were extremely rude, and several of us felt their behavior toward the women in our group was inappropriate and unprofessional. At times, it even felt like the security guards were acting jealous or resentful toward us for no reason other than we were enjoying our honeymoon and celebrating as a couple. That kind of attitude from resort security is completely unacceptable.Then came the most ridiculous part: we were told we were not allowed to bring our own family in law back to our room because of a wristband issue. When you charge guests thousands of dollars especially for a premium room we should be able to bring back whoever we choose to our own room, especially our own family. Being blocked from having our family with us is outrageous and beyond disrespectful.Because of everything that happened, we will be sharing our experience with friends and family back in the USA. In our opinion, no one should spend their hard earned money at a place that treats guests like this.And let me be clear: at this point, an apology or an explanation is already too late. Our lives and careers are busy, and we don’t have time to chase after refunds or excuses. What we do have time for is to let this story be heard, to speak with legal professionals if needed, and to make sure others know exactly what happened to us. We will make sure our experience is talked about publicly so no other American traveler ends up in this situation, and so people know to choose destinations like Aruba where tourists are actually respected.Once you take this complaint seriously and respond to us, we will provide our room number and full reservation information. If we continue to be ignored, we will take further action on our own.We expect a full explanation, a sincere apology, and compensation for the experience you ruined.Sincerely,Ashley

I had my birthday party there for 38 people. Amazing location, delicious food, excellent service. Magic atmosphere at night time. Magnificent views of the sea really magical!!!

Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel.Rooms are shabby and the plastic floors for a resort’ an embarrassing!!Mattress was so cheap and uncomfortable!It’s not what it used to be .The staff is good, everyone I s friendly.Furniture outside is worn down and old.:..The grounds are lovely, but that’s the only positive!We have stayed twice now, but we will not be coming back!Not worth the money… for a little bit more money there are better quality hotels in the area.I think they just concentrate on in corporation conventions, etc….The resort feel is just NOT there.It’s a shame

I have stayed at this hotel several times and the experience has always been great.Service is superb, rooms are spacious and prices reasonable.Both restaurants offer high quality food and breakfast is great too.Highly recommended for both families and couples.

Few days break by the sea.

The location of the hotel is wonderful by a large bay of sandy beach with clear water where everyone can enjoy swimming.The hotel layout is extremely nice.The sea view rooms enjoy the vast greenery in front of them before reaching the swimming pool and then the beach.The staff are amazing; they are welcoming polite and helpful and enthusiastic.They all treated us very nicely.Unfortunately the hotel needs renovation the fact that few daily use things can be upsetting such as difficulty in opening the sliding doors of the 2 rooms we occupied on the ground floor level.the walls need painting.the bathtub were obstructed.the shower battery was shaky.These couch’s folding beds were in very poor condition and hazardous for children (exposed metal frame )The safe deposit boxes were not functioning. In spite of various reminders they were not repaired.The chairs and the sun beds outside the rooms were never cleaned.The umbrellas and the sun-beds by the beach were in poor condition; they lack maintenance.These are not acceptable in a 5stars hotel.Finally the food is medium ; there is no variety; few items of the menu we ordered were in shortage or missing .no menu for vegans at all especially at breakfast such as yogurt and cheese.The room charges are not value for money.
