The hotel is located in Attica, in a small, quiet place called Mati, on the eastern Attica coast. It is right on the famous Olympic Marathon route and near Schinias Olympic Rowing and Canoeing Centre. It is 600 m from the beach. The hotel is not very far from Athens International airport.

The hotel has a lift and features 30 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby.
