I think it’s an old Crowne Plaza, downstairs has been upgraded to a really high standard, the rooms however have not been touched in a long time, I had no desk/table or chairs so I couldn’t work in the room.The breakfast was fantastic as were most of the staff. Visited for one night while on a brief trip around Germany. Location is good if you’re sans car, 15 minute walk to train station and about 10 minutes to parts of Old Town. Grocery store is nearby if needed and some coffee shops too and a delicious bakery. Good location but old rooms

It is declared a 4-star hotel. The lobby, restaurant, and breakfast area are good, but the rooms are old—I mean really old—and the carpet is dead, to say the least. I stay there due to the location, but room Renovation is a must. It has been promised for years, but I cannot see any progress at all.
