Rude staff at reservation
Extremely rude staff at reservation keep me waiting for 4 hours because of unavailability of the room , I asked for searching for another room , answer received in a very bad manner: You have to wait. After 4 hours they realised SEARCHING another room for me.

Absolute best! Do not stay anywhere else while in the area. Comfortable rooms, spacious baths, best breakfast of ANY hotel anywhere….and a brew Haus on board?!? Perfect location with door to door Sbahn service from terminal to hotel. Just the best!
