This is a beautiful hotel and right near both castles. As we were eating dinner, we could look out the window and see Neuschwanstein Castle. What a beautiful view! Our accommodations were pretty luxurious as far as what we usually stay in but we were exactly in the right place to get to the castles easily. The breakfast was a lavish buffet but cost extra. We arrived mid-day so it was very busy with tourists, but the parking at the hotel was free and it's centrally located. We were right across the road from the trail up to Marienbrücke and the castle and only a few minutes walk from the trails around Alpsee. Our room didn't have a view of Neuschwanstein, but it was still lovely with lots of space and very comfortable. Absolutely beautiful fairytale hotel, just like the pictures. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and welcoming, we didn’t arrive until midnight but it wasn’t an issue. We stayed in a double room that was spotless, we even had a little turret we could sit in. We stayed here recently and really enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel and the room. The staff is nice, especially the front desk team. Wonderful people! Nice location in the historical building. There are two castles that are worth visiting. The hotel has also got wonderful restaurant, nice breakfast. We stayed at hotel Müller for 3 nights. It is beautifully located between the 2 castles.The room was ok. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 mattrasses were terrible: one was on an angle (people must have sat on one side) and the kids mattress was hard like a plank.The hotel isn't very soundproof. Our room was next to the elevator. Everytime the elevator went up and down, we could hear this loud and clearly.… We stayed at hotel Müller for 3 nights.
