£160 a night for a box room because it had air conditioning. To be called out in the dining room at the front of all the other guests that we hadn't paid for breakfast (which we had) was unbelievable. While the hotel is not exactly handicap accessible the staff made every effort to accommodate. While not wheel chair accessible it is accessible for people with limited mobility. As the building dates back to the 1500s there are small steps in hallways that make it harder to navigate, but with canes and 2 rollators, we found it very manageable. The room was clean and spacious. Helpful check in service, spoke English well. Parking on site. Hotel is Close to activities, such as Christmas markets and shops in town. Better close place like that, that don’t respect the guest and are rude, plus bed bugs everywhere. the behavior of the crazy and arrogant owner to yell at customers is unacceptable.
